JUSTICE AND LAW IN THE SAHARA IN ZARAGOZA

On December 21, 2010 fell martyr young Saharawi SAID Sidahmed ABDELWAHAB Damba, Moroccan police killed by a point-blank during a curfew which is under the city of El Aaiun, capital of occupied Western Sahara after the dismantling of the camp-Izik Agdeim the 8th of November 2010.
Said Damba, was 26 years old, was graduated in economics and worked in the City of the occupied city of Laayoune, noted for his exemplary behavior with their parents, being an outstanding student and athlete and accurate worker, caring and concerned of this situation in his village.
Tuesday night December 21, 2010, Said, out of a cyber-cafe where I had just seen a football game, minutes later, he intercepted two plainclothes policemen tasked to identify, according to witnesses, Said did not carry their documentation with them, which generated a fierce argument with the police, immediately afterwards, without any provocation or attempted assault, one of the police pulls out his gun and fires a shot, hitting the front (between the eyes), the shot in the head causing him severe brain injury and could not recover.
Minutes later, the home of his parents, located in the neighborhood of Casapiedra, was raided by a group of plainclothes policemen who sought their documentation, taking with them Mohamed his older brother, to the dependence of the Interior, once there he was told what happened to brother Said, the Governor tried to downplay Laayoune this terrible event, and also trying to buy the silence of the family.
